About Us

My name is John Gannon, owner of Event Photo Solutions LLC. As the owner of Event Photo Solutions LLC, a local tourist photography company on the island of Oahu, I bring over 26 years of experience in the industry. I began my career as a photo manager on the SS Independence for American Hawaii cruises in the late 1990s, and since then I have gained valuable expertise in the field of tourist photography. From 2000 - 2009 I organized, installed and ran photo operations in aquariums, theme parks and resorts throughout Asia for a company called Trans Ocean Photo Inc. After realizing that I was missing the beauty and tranquility of Hawaii, I made the decision to move back and start my own business called Event Photo Solutions. With a passion for capturing special moments and a deep understanding of tourist photography, I am excited to provide clients with top-notch services that will preserve their memories for a lifetime. Currently my company, Event Photo Solutions operates at the Waikiki Aquarium, Diamond Head Luau, Chief’s Luau and Ka Moana Luau.
